The Japanese company is looking for young trail running talents to form an exclusive team of ambassadors: the first selection will take place on May 4 at Malcesine Baldo Trail.

[April 23, 2024 – Milan] – Today ASICS Trail Elite Factory is being presented, the new project created by the Japanese company to discover young trail running prospects across Italy and support them on a growth journey based on shared values.

ASICS, an acronym for the Latin phrase “Anima Sana In Corpore Sano,” has always set itself the mission of inspiring as many people as possible to free their minds through sport and movement. This is where ASICS Trail Elite Factory was born: a project that invites young trail running talents to become part of an exclusive team, based on a shared passion for off-road running.

The 6 selected runners will have the opportunity to connect with ASICS athletes and experts, wear the best technologies, and become brand ambassadors. It’s a great opportunity for those who want to share their passion for trail running and be inspired by ASICS philosophy, while also inspiring others to play sports and free their minds.

The Japanese brand invites all young mountain running enthusiasts between 18 and 28 years old to participate in the selection by registering for one of the three races included in the program. To be selected, it will be necessary to take part in one of the following competitions:

  • ASICS Malcesine Baldo Trail 50k – Ultra – May 4, 2024
  • ASICS Trail delle Mura 17km – August 31, 2024
  • Amastuola Wave Trail 17km – October 27, 2024
