ASICS Malcesine Baldo Trail, all set for a third edition to edition.
Confirming itself as an event of international caliber, the running event in nature drawn on the paths of Alto Garda on the border between Veneto and Trentino Alto Adige will see more than 800 competitors representing 29 different nations at the start. Of these, 25% are women and 13% are foreigners. Important numbers for a young race that is liked; a significant growth trend of +200 compared to the previous edition testifies to this.

THE PROTAGONISTS:

Browsing through a starting list that is being finalized, some names stand out as sure protagonists.
Among them mandatory mention for German Eva Maria Sperger (50km), Luca Pescollderungg (50km), Georg Piazza (50km)Jacopo Troiano (50km), Francesco Rigondanza (24km), Roberto Mastrotto (24km), Mattia Gianola (50km), Maddalena Soma (24km) and Daniela Rota (24km).

PROGRAM:

Saturday morning to raise the curtain on an intense two days of sports, fun and nature will be the 50km “ultra” (3,355MD+) with start at 7:30 am.
An hour later it will be the turn of the 24km “medium” trial (1,994MD+).
The awards ceremony will be from 3 p.m. in the finish area, followed by concert with live music.
Sunday morning at 10am grand finale with the 16KM “short” (1,185D+) drawn through the streets of Malcesine.
In this case the awards ceremony will be held at 13:00.

I DON’T LITTER:

as with previous editions of the Upper Garda event, espouses the “I don’t litter” project under which the athlete can be immediately disqualified if caught littering along the race route.
