VRM TEAM ASD
The VRM TEAM ASD was founded in December 2020 by a group of experienced running enthusiasts and organisers of top international events.
In 2021, its first year of operation, the federation had more than 130 athletes registered with the athletics federation who participated in numerous events, although the pandemic severely affected competition and many events were cancelled.
The pandemic restrictions have led to the organisation of newly designed events to be repeated in 2022.
In September, the second edition of the ASICS TRAIL DELLE MURA took place, a nocturnal city trail through the city of Verona and the surrounding hills.
At the beginning of September, the fourth edition of the RESIA ROSOLINA RELAY took place, a 430 km team relay race along the Adige river, organised in collaboration with all the sports associations of the region.
The beginning of October sees the fourth edition of LA SPORTIVA DISCOVERY PANTELLERIA, a week on the island organised by dedicated local bodies to take part in running events organised on their own in a competitive and also leisure/tourist spirit.
In December, the third BABBOLAKE walk will take place along Lake Garda between the villages of Lazise, Bardolino and Garda, dressed as Santa Claus. A visit to the markets in the three towns and a return trip on the Navigarda motorboat, free of charge for all participants, are planned.
