Malcesine

Malcesine is the icing on the cake of your Lake Garda holiday.
Mix sweet outdoor activities like a lakeside walk and add a bit of spice with a paragliding flight from Monte Baldo. Sip a good glass of wine with the sun peeking behind the castle.
Malcesine is your pleasure trip between lake and mountain, where every experience has its own flavour!

Avio

Avio, the town of wine, is the first municipality in Trentino to be reached coming from Verona. It is located on the eastern ridge of the local natural park of Monte Baldo, known throughout Italy for its great variety of rare plants and flowers.

In this area, one should definitely visit the majestic Castello di Sabbionara d’Avio Castle, which dominates the valley from its high position. Once the seat of the Castelbarco family and the Venetians, it is now owned by the FAI

Brentonico

Between Monte Baldo and Lake Garda, on the Trentino side, lies Brentonico with its centuries-old poplar trees and a historic centre with elegant villas. Medieval paths, botanical gardens and lakes impress with their enormous variety of plants and flowers, especially in spring.

Trails of the First World War, churches and rural architecture blend with the view from the plateau and its peaks, Monte Altissimo and Vignola.

Parco Monte Baldo

Lake Garda and the Adige Valley in sight, the Monte Baldo Local Nature Park is a wonderful vantage point on the Po Valley. It includes areas belonging to five different municipalities of Lower Trentino and a number of protected areas located at altitudes ranging from a few hundred metres above sea level to over 2,000 metres above sea level. In winter with snow-covered peaks, in summer with splendid landscapes and extraordinary views of Lake Garda, an ideal place for collecting medicinal plants, but also for winter sports and family excursions.
